Sunday 11-27-11

Breakfast
Salmon, roasted tomatoes and garlic, chopped broccoli and scrambled eggs with parmesan cheese.

Lunch: baked sweet potato fries with garlic mayo

Dinner: Chinese Take-Out:
Chicken with coconut satay sauce, sans the rice,
and a couple of glasses of dry rose wine
